Coral Springs Shopping Center

In 2003, we completed our leasing and sale program for a new shopping center in Coral Springs, Florida, approximately 200,000 square feet. Land sales and leasing were extremely active. Well-known companies such as POint Bank, Amoco, Walgreen’s and Dunkin Donuts purchased out parcels while the balance of the retail space was sold prior to completion to a developer for further development and leasing.
